Alia Ishiku is a psychic cop apart of the Angel Tokyo police department, a city that exists sometime in the future. Unfortunatly most of the crime in the city has got'en to be too much for the regular police to handle. Alia is apart of the special section assigned to tackle those really big crimes and criminals who commit them the regular police can't touch. Her father also was apart of the Angel Tokyo police department and was killed on duety, or so he was rumored to have been. Afterwards her mother was murdered.
