This is Mr.Phish. He's a super hero in his own right, but saving the lives of people is not in his line of duty. Fish.. now there's something you don't see getting saved everyday. Mr Phish takes it upon himself to save the lives of Fish all around.. his town (the world is a BIG place you know). Wearing his big Fish costume and armed only with a Harpoon gun fitted with a plunger, Mr.Phish is always at hand to rescue that poor defenceless fish that's in mortal danger.
