Life Story:

Zane was born second from his twin sister Ashley to his parents, two zombies named Morgan and Doug Graves on September 17th, in the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As a tot, he seemed to lean towards a more darker side in fashion, but remained a very positive and outgoing child. Zane lived in Louisiana for years until he was about 10 years old. His family then moved to Water Lily, California and enrolled him into a summer camp outside of town called Camp Hollow, that has spooky rumors about it. There, he met his childhood best friend Sarah Trivette and helped her and their new friends solve the camp's darkest mysteries. 

After the events of Camp Hollow, Zane's parents sent him off to his first year at Lily Pad Elementary School, but was unfortunately held back by two years due to his lack of interest in learning. Due to this, he ended up in the same grade as his best friend Sarah, which, of course, didn't really bother him.

Fast forward to the present day, and he's currently hanging with his friends, trying to survive the boring school days, and rocking out to his favorite bands. He's not changed much since his childhood, but has been trying to keep his grades up, in hope of attending a musical college and start his own band with his friends.

Zane has a deep passion for his home Town and never goes a day without remembering his roots. Zane also advocates for "zombie rights" in media, as the portrayal of zombies in films, games, and such are false compared to how they are in real life. Most people don't know Zane is a zombie, only his closest friend's know this "secret." Zane is also not very bright, he's definitely well meaning, but sometimes he'll mess something up and will end up having to fix it. Zane also dislikes the stereotypes people say about Emos, as he's definitely the opposite of what others say, as he's a very positive and extroverted person. He however, listens to some very dark and edgy music because to him it sounds "good." 

Zane also happens to have a crush on his paranoid classmate Mona Randeler, a self proclaimed zombie hunter who actually has a fear of the undead. He doesn't mind that though, as he believes that if he does a lot of heartfelt acts to her, she'll fall in love with him, or if he bothers her enough, she'll just cave in and go out with him. Zane also has a rival named Gunner Daniels, who seems to be trying to ruin his and his family's reputation. 

Creator Notes:

Zane's birthday is the 17th of September. Zane's character is based off of various things like: emo music and culture, a stock art zombie I saw on a DVD, zombie culture, and characters like Jughead from Archie Comics for example. He was created in September of 2011 and has changed a lot since then, his original character was first going to be a vampire named Mason, when I got the idea to make a zombie, he was originally a very sarcastic loner. But I felt like that didn't fit him, so I changed it. He can also play guitar, I decided to add this so it matches his fashion style, and the fact that emo culture is all about music and expressing yourself.
