History: It all started when Toma (2nd in command of Bardock's team) married a girl named Namara..and well..they spent 6 happy months together and then they (along with Bardock) were set to create a fighter for Freeza, most of the tests failed and soon Namara discovered she was expecting a baby, she didn't trust Freeza either and decided to set free some of the test subjects to distant planets so they'd have better lives, she was then caught and thrown in prison, Toma would often visit her, while she was still in the prison there was a stranger thrown in too..what she didn't know was that this stranger was Vegeta who had come with the other guys from the future and they'd forgot him by accident ^_^;..anyway Vegeta, Namara got out of prison with help from Toma, but while they were escaping Bardock fired a shot that was meant to hit Vegeta but Namara threw herself into the blasts ray and was mortally wounded, All Toma could do then was hold his wife and cry as she just looked weakly up at him and said that he had to make sure Freeza never got the fighter she'd been carrying, when Toma realised what she meant, both of them shared a final loving kiss and told each other that they loved each other very much and then Namara finally passed away with a smile on her face, Toma then rescued the cell of the baby (that was now starting to form since Namara had been 4 months into her pregnany) and injected it into a suspension tank and with careful monitoring and care the cell developed into a baby Saiyan female fairly quickly during that time the Vegeta from the future went back to his own time with some friends of his (LOL they came back on a 'rescue mission') , The baby girl had blonde hair which was unusual for a baby Saiyan but Toma reckoned it was possibly a recessive gene that gave her blonde hair and she bared such a resemblence to his wife, Toma just knew this little girl was his daughter, Then Toma remembered Namara's last words and kept Quartina with him, She was named 'Quartina' which meant 'Angel' in the Saiyan Language and she was named that by Bardock, Toma's best friend ( yes..even if he had accidently killed Toma's wife..Toma finally forgave Bardock and they became friends again) which amused Toma slightly since he thought Bardock didn't care for the little girl.
In time Quartina became best friends with Radditz (Bardock's first son) and in the other universe she's best friends with Somika (Bardock's Niece and Adoptive Daughter) , When Quartina was 2 (going on 3 in a month's time) years old, Bardock rescued her from a fire in the lab and sent her to safety on Planet Earth,(Although in another universe she died along with all the Saiyans but got brought back to life with all the Saiyans too) When on Earth, Quartina was discovered by Profesor Thomas Murah and spent a few days in a high security lab but after she turned Oozuru one night, The Profesor had Quartina's tail cut off, wiped some of her memories and gave her to a loving adoptive family, she grew into a polite young woman who married Steven Winner at just 18 years old and gave birth to a Baby boy a year later..she then died a few minutes after his birth and could only watch over her son from the stars, 15 years later she was brought back to life and aged up to be 24..currently she's happily living with her husband, son, adoptive son (Piccolo) and her baby girl (Katrina) in the Winner mansion, which is right next door to the Toonami House, she's also been reunited with her father since he was brought back to life too ^_^ and she is best friends with Bulma, Chi-Chi and 18.
Info: Quartina is a variation of Quatre's almost non-existant mother Quartina Winner..who died when she gave birth to her son Quatre (that was basiclly her role in the Gundam Wing Episode Zero manga) but my version is the Saiyan version who was born or rather created as a project for the best fighting machine to fight for Freeza at least..that was her original purpose but instead she became the daughter of Toma....read her History for a better explanation.

Personality: She is a Kind-Hearted person who has one heck of a mothering instinct, she also knows how to fly (since Goku taught her ^_^) and although she's a Saiyan she really doesn't like to fight or hurt anyone..although if someone tries to hurt her family, friends or if she's made very angry she can get extremely vicious and attack..however that doesn't happen very often so she's normally her kind hearted self she is also fairly strong although not as strong as Goku or Vegeta.
