Vicky Blackwell is a young woman with short, fluffy, plum-black hair that is styled in a messy bob-like cut with her bangs obscuring her eyes, she also has pale skin, and baby blue eyes. Her attire takes on a more 'gothic' style, consisting of a black mini-dress with a spider-web pattern with black high heels to match, she also wears black nail polish and wears lace stockings and long lace fingerless gloves.

Vicky is very liked for her chill and friendly nature, as well as her love for reading vampire-romance novels and listening to punk and edm music. She loves milk chocolate more than dark chocolate, stating that it tastes more natural. Her favourite holiday is Halloween, as her family celebrates it as their very own tradition. Vicky dislikes people who are nothing but straight stupidity and idiocy (which actually seems to sum up Arlo). Vicky is also shown to be a little introverted, as she doesn't like being in large and packed crowds, as it makes her nervous.

Vicky is Arlo's best and closest childhood friend, the two first met when they were kids, they've had a one sided relationship with each other. In contrast to Arlo's more "stupid" nature, Vicky is very intelligent, and she sees Arlo as an "Idiotic Worm" and a "Nuisance", showing that Vicky doesn't really like Arlo, and is always the one to "knock some sense into him"; As in hitting, punching, kicking, yelling and scolding him.

Despite this, Vicky also has a soft side for Arlo and actually cares about him; She once said that she couldn't bare to see him suffer despite not liking him after Arlo told her about his abusive parents, even going out of her way to comfort him and let him stay with her so he wouldn't have to deal with his family anymore, making him her official room-mate.
