Just another destined young man, out to save humanity. Thorndike comes across an angel, who saves his life from demons in an alley way. Escorting the ethereal to his house in order to lick his wounds, the angel informs Thorndike that he has been destined by the All-mighty Big Boss, that his ass belongs to heaven. Later that week in a bar downtown, an old man informs Thorndike that his friend really isn't an angel... And God isn't what he's cracked up to be.
