.Anaya is the great granddaughter of the famous Abraham van Helsing. After the death of her father during a mission, the only 21-year-old Anaya had to abandon her previous occupations to become chief of the family.

During the two years which followed the death of her father, Anaya tracked down hundred of vampires on her own. After an attack on her manor, in which her mother was killed, Anaya also had to take care of her little sister Lily.

Anaya does a real full-time job, finding out the hiding places of vampires during the night and then attacking them by surprise during the day. Her sword, called “Friend-maker” by her sister, is her one and only alley in battle.

Always on the roads, Anaya suffers from a permanent lack of sleep and most of the time, looks pale and exhausted.
