The clone of the ever-(in)famous Rockman, from the series of the same name. Copii Rock (later renamed 'Kipp' by his 'brother' Irregular X) finds his origins in the Rockman Manga. In a bit of out-of-character history, I was lured into the Rockman cast of PhoenixMUCK expressly to play the little clone for a TP, and from thence sprang madness. In IC history, Copii/Kipp started life much as he did in the manga--wholeheartedly believing he was Rock. Things went progressively downhill from there, culminating NOT (quite) in the suicide of the manga to save Rock's life, but instead of a change of appearance and a much more...submissive personality under the tutelage/protection of iX (who knows full-well by now what it feels like to be an 'unauthorized clone'). Days became months, and Copii--now officially Kipp--gained a full-blown Mark Vorkosigan syndrome (cf. Lois McMaster Bujold's Miles Vorkosigan series!), or, in other words, regretted his existence in the light of Rock being the superior of the pair. And then something changed. In a twist only a fan of Diane Duane could appreciated, Kipp was offered 'endless power' by a Voice in his head while imprisoned on the Wilystar--and, on accepting, walked through the walls of his cell to escape! Only to return to Earth, rescue Rock from a self-induced coma, and begin a life of endless--well, excitement!--with fellow-wizards (Rock, Nita), friends (his dog, Canto), adversaries (Sunstar aka the Lone Power, Forte), and family (iX, and, essentially, the Robot Masters). At present, Kipp is the resident blind wizard Seer, aka the Herald of Doom, Death, Destruction, and sometimes Weird Things. Muha!
