I seem to have a lot of Irish characters (geez, I wonder why?). Peggy is one of the Three Hellraising Biddies from Wexford. A seamstress (no, not THAT kind of seamstress!) and poet, Peggy makes it her business to infuriate the local pastor, a little runt by the name of Guillaume Forrester, to the point of apoplexy.
