Biography

♡✧hello, i'm lapin, a hobby anime illustrator finding neat places to post and archive my art. i'm not very into social media, so the best way to reach me is through discord (lapin ♡✧#0666). i very much prefer smaller communities and will always miss the days of active, engaging, and supportive art spaces. i am an adult and prefer to engage with other adults, though i don't mind casually chatting with anyone of any age.

i mostly draw things i find cute or visually appealing, so my art varies from Cute Girls Doing Cute Things™ to creepy-and-horror-adjacent-aesthetics, to Victorian and EGL flavored art. i really enjoy working on my ocs (i have too many, around 100+) but my favorites will always be my battle-nun named sister halloween and her eccentric partner, father valentine.

random tidbits: i am amerasian. my favorite food is salmon nigiri. i drink too much caffeine. my favorite ff heroine is tifa lockhart. lapin means rabbit in french.

my other interests include: tinkering on my personal site, webdev/layout and theme creation, EGL fashion, figure collecting, and video games (JRPGs and horror games.) i watch anime and read manga occasionally but i'm not very up-to-date with all the newer stuff.

my tools: wacom cintiq 16 &open canvas 7 (basically an obsolete jp art program but you can pry it out of my cold, dead hands.) ipad pro & procreate. years and years of patience and hardwork.

art trades: i love doing art trades so please feel free to reach out. i cannot draw furries/anthros/feral (i'm a one-trick pony lol) and i do not draw self-ship canon/oc pairings.
