Russell (or Russ as he is affectionately known) is the Director of the CIA. He is in his mid-40's. His adopted son is Madison, who lives with him in the Lowe Estate. Russell is caring, wise, and struggling to be the best father to Madison that he can be. He loves Madison and Maetelle with all of his heart, and they mean everything to him. He is a workaholic and never takes a vacation. He monitors Madison's CIA operations very closely, making sure Madison is safe and accounted for. He does not have a girlfriend, nor does he want one. He doesn't know how to deal with the fact that he is a very sought-after bachelor.
