Another Mewtwo char. He's the mascot for Mewtwo's Hideout. Originally, I never drew him at all. He was just a basic idea I had in my head and from watching DBZ with a friend one day (that's where I got the Néo bit from). I drew him once a while back and he didn't look anything like he does now. He resembled the original Mewtwo, but with a few tattoos here and there and odd markings on his skin. Months later, I sat down and drew his final form straight from my mind. He also stars in my fic and I occasionally use him in role plays too. His background storyline is described in my fic, but basically, he's the second most powerful Mewtwo in the world (the original being the first) and he can sometimes be boastful about it. The device round his neck is to help him harness and control his energy, as due to a bad start in life, he trained himself to the max, nearly killing himself doing it and consequently had the device fitted to help his body out. He has a mate called Kaoss, who is a Rocket Mewtwo (also male) and Team Rocket's best scouter for rare, shiny Pokémon. Apart from yelling "I'm #1!!" all the time, Néo likes eating ice cream and relaxing on the beach.
