Evana was born to a impovrished family deep in the heart of the crumbling SouthTech Republic. She was the only child as her mother was striken with a fatal illness that took her life when Evana was only 3 years old. Her father tried his best to raise her with out the love and aid of his beloved mate.

When Evana was born, she was betrothed to the first born son of Frederick & Tammy Tarsus, Victor Tarsus. Evana was 15 when Victor took her in.
