Ooh, I liked that anime when I got to watch it...really sweet =D

That being said, nice job on the pic. The thing I loved about the art in the show was the hair...and you've pretty much got that down =) I love the shine on it and the way it flies ^-^ Nice job with the clothing dynamics too...and the lineart. I love this! =)
