She has such a cute character design. There is something about pink and goth mixed that I really love. The penguin slippers are absolutely adorable, and I love her ears. The turquoise color you chose for her eyes provides a really nice contrast to the pink.

The image itself is a little blurry, it looks like you colored over pencil lines, which I never recommend doing. Generally, I find it's best to take the time to at least trace over the lines with a black pen, if not to transfer it to a clean sheet of paper. Overall, however, I really do like this image, and even the slight smudginess doesn't detract from it much. She just needs something to sit on--something as simple as a horizon line would give the image a bit of a background.

She's so cute, I really hope to see more of this character!
