AMEN!

Posted: Tuesday, 11 September, 2001 @ 05:30 PM

amen, and we will remember the lives taken..... it will /not/ be forgotten.

Posted: Tuesday, 11 September, 2001 @ 06:17 PM

Amen to that. This is a wonderful picture. I've shown it to my family and they are very proud of you.

Amen. Let America continue on and Miss Liberty stay standing. God bless America and to all those who lost family, God Bless. Your loved ones did NOT die in vain.

Aw yeah! Amen! The ones that did this are cowards for attacking innocent people and taking innocent lives!

Posted: Tuesday, 11 September, 2001 @ 06:21 PM

wow... that sends a message. I agree totally.

The footage of the tower engulfed in smoke was the first thing I saw when I got out of bed this morning. It's scary to think that even the strongest country in the world is not invulnerable to this kind of destruction. Whoever did this should pay dearly.

Posted: Tuesday, 11 September, 2001 @ 07:10 PM

Yes... the cowards will surely pay for this atrocity... whoever they are...

Posted: Tuesday, 11 September, 2001 @ 07:16 PM

A very good picture.

Let me add, though:

REMEMBER THE VICTIMS. REMEMBER THE EMERGENCY WORKERS WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES TRYING TO SAVE OTHERS. REMEMBER THE HELPERS, THE HEROES.

Truer words were never spoken.

This picture says everything. They are cowards. Heartless bastards, terrorists.

My deepest sympathies go to all involved, hell to everyone. I saw it on the news when I woke up (I am in australia) and it just blew me away, I hope they get the people who did this.

I live in the UK and I saw the footage on the BBC almost as soon as soon as I got home from school. I'm miles away but I'm still scared... please let's not have a third world war.

Posted: Wednesday, 12 September, 2001 @ 06:15 PM

i second that- amen.

I agree w/ whoever it was that pleaded against a 3rd World War. You can take out your vengance on them if you want to. You can scream insults and hurl threats all day long. Maybe our country will destroy them utterly, but I ask this question. How many more will die to achieve this? I hope that if we go to war it is as a last resort. Nobody truly wins in war. I love America, but I love peace more.

Amen. Only cowards and fools would take innocent lives like that.... This image touched my friends and I dearly.... We made it a background on a few of the computers at school to remind everyone about what cowards the terrorists were and to honor all of those who died. We would like your permission to keep the image up.

The people who did the planning of this horrible attack on this country will pay... We're not gonna take this laying down, no way.

Posted: Friday, 14 September, 2001 @ 10:13 AM

That picture is very moving....May God Bless American...and remember we are proud to be Americans.

As sad as the reason is that this picture exists, it is a great picture. We need to remember this picture any way that we can to remember how precious life is

Way to go Meow-Mix! ::wink:: This is a powerful statement with a wonderful image. My deepest sympathies goes out to the innocents lost in this tragedy and to the victims' families in this time of mourning.

Spontaneous and most appropriate. Do not forget to pray for the victims.

never forget. Amen. "The day the mountains Of freedom fell, Our countries tears Were heard as well. But we will stand, And we'll survive. We'll take our place again, We'll take the dive. To fight for what We know is right, We will always Stand and fight."

Remember those who were lost. bows her head amen and peace one who will never forget, but will heal. One who lost a part of her soul in the embers of the fallen towers

Amen, We will not let the evil people whom did this get away with it, not on my time....

I don't live in the US, but when I found out about these attacks, I was just as horrified, hurt, confused, and angry. I bless my stars that me or anyone I knew wasn't involved in that dark moment, but I also wept for the people who were in that dark moment.
"...in a few weeks it's gonna be over...all the feeling we could possibly go through will be over, and then we're just gonna have to walk away...there will be a marble monument with names that slowly stop seeming like real people...but soon enough, it'll just be us...we will be the only ones who remember...that's what we can do to honour those we've lost...we can be the ones that remember."

We Canadians stand by you. We'll cry with you, we'll fight with you, and we'll even die with you, because if the tables were turned, we'd hope you'd do the same.
