They just won a lawsuit against one of the file sharing servers (I forget which one), so now they're getting cocky and are filing DOZENS of lawsuits against all of them! Now, I don't know if they'll win any of THOSE, but it's a pretty good chance they might. I mean, they're considering treating it like jaywalking! They'll fine your butt for using it if they find you!
