Control Freak Chemical Dust
Control Freak Chemical Dust by @jesspadk (Jessica Padkin)

This 'ere is Chemical Dust! I came up with an idea for a shoot-em-up/platformish game, and she was one of the characters in it. The game was set on an island which was similar to Gotham City in that it was inhabited by loads of villains for no particular reason! You control a villain, shooting through the territory of the others, and eventually defeating them in an end of level boss (I actually had ideas for them too-- I really am sad, aren't I?).

Chemical Dust was NOT one of the main character's rivals, nor was she a particularly fearsome or evil villain, so she was the first level boss. Chemical Dust (who is so obviously named after the Chemical Brothers, but oh well) is a crazy raver who never, ever stands still-- she's always dancing! She is a loyal and honest friend to the main character, but she is also a massive control freak. Normally cool and collection, she absolutely flips her lid if someone doesn't do as she says, and she hates not being in control of a situation. Her level like a huge rave city, full of neon and UV lights and loud music. I had an amusing idea for the enemies in her level too-- dancing robot troopers! I need mental help.
