This looks pretty cute. The look on the giraffe's face seems very enchanted by the fairy, and the way he's backed up a little from her gives him a certain apprehension about him.

The lineart looks good; it's very bold and clean, but the coloring looks a little light and doesn't have a lot of depth to it. Generally, when working with colored pencils (which it looks like you used), working in multiple layers of color really brings the pigments out. It's also a good idea to shade with a tone that's a little darker or using a contrasting color (Like using a little red blended with green).

There's a lot of negative white space here that kind of takes focus away from the subjects of the drawing. Cropping it out or adding even a simple background like grass and trees would make it look less incomplete. Also, take note of the size of your signature - It's often best to sign it on a bottom corner in a small size.

All in all, good work, and keep it up! :)
