Despite powerful contenders like ABC, ATV retained both their Midlands and London Weekend franchises in 1968.

With the advent of colour TV a year later, ATV revised their Zoom ident, into the Colour Zoom 2 look everyone knew and loved.

This was the London feed of Zoom 2, specifically the black-and-white variant.
