The Movie is "The Wishing Star of Seven Nights" or as the dub movie will be known as "Jirachi Wish Maker" and yes Togepi will evolve in Episode 45 of Pokémon Advanced.

This is pretty! ^_^ I love the inclusion of all the "twerps." XD You drew especially May and Brock very well! And Jessie and James posing are spiffy! Meowth looks so devious. Heh heh!
