Power Kobold by @PyrokeneticWeasel (William Duke)

It's my version of a kobold from Dungeons & Dragons. You pick which version, because don't have enough money to afford one D&D book, let alone a particular one from each version. This guy is a mage/warrior, a class that has always intrigued me, but I feel the rules have made to weak to be effective. Unless you're level 20+, which this guy is. Yah, now who has a challenge rating equal to that of a housecat?
