This one started life as a partially colored sketch in 1997. It was rediscovered, taped to my livingroom wall for a while, then finally finished in August of 2003. In '97 I had colored the purple petals and the dew drops on the top flower. Thankfully (as you can see by comparing the two blossoms) my coloring skills have improved!
