Tsa! glomp My Hoto-chan... yeah. I only wish... Anyways. I'm glad peeps seem to like this one, as it's one of my faves... To answer your question AnimeaChina, the cut of the outfit was just kinda based off of some uniforms that B-chan used for the Z-warriors for War of the Worlds and I thought he looked good in blue... The necklace was just a random doodle I'd done earlier that day. I just realized I didn't color that... oops. Oh well. :)
