The Fool
The Fool by @aeryaval (Aeryn Avalon)

This is The Fool, the first in a series of gothic tarot cards my friend and I are designing. The only other one I've done so far is The High PRiestess, but she's not colored yet so it'll be a while before she's on here.

I've always liked the idea of a gothic jester anyway, dunno why I've never tried it. I really like the monochromatic color scheme, planning on sticking to that for the rest of the tarot cards. the High PRiestess will utilize violet instead of red. Red, black, and white are my favorite colors, so there's another reason I like the color scheme ^_^ Expect to see it more in the future. This was done in marker and Micron pen.

We need to get on this. Like, soon. ::grins:: I keep forgetting about it! I have this strange, sudden urge to color something...

We have got to make prints for this one. It's fabulous. I really adore the color scheme on this, though if I recall correctly the paper wasn't too good so cleaning up the 'bleeding' areas was a pain. So you should use better paper next time. Uhm. ::blinku::

I have the sketch for the High Priestess somewhere... I just saw it today. It got a little wrinkled so I'll probably redo the lineart on classy paper. :)

Pretty good! You obviously know what you are doing, I hope you sell! Shirley
