Sophie Bang, a.k.a. Promethea, from the "Promethea" comic series by Alan Moore. Excellent series, if you like Sandman/thinking-type comics. Promethea is bascially the embodiment of thinking, inspiration, stories, and the imagination itself, a very powerful goddess-type being who is the key to changing the world.
