What if LWT didn't survive their initial financial troubles, and collapsed soon after?

As the new guys needs time to take over, like what they did a year before in Wales, ITA established an interim station. ITSLW (Independent Television Service for London Weekend) was born, with the same bars idents as ITSWW.
