I have to read Pride and Prejudice for school, which is possibly the worst romance novel on the planet. Holy SCHIZNIT I cannot stand this book.

Which logically explains why I've chosen to draw two of the characters from the book as furries.

From their expressions, they both look a bit unbearable. Hee. Great job on 'em, though.

The catgal could be in that...oh, what'sitcalled? "American Gothic" ? With the scary farmer and his pitchfork and his "lovely" wife?

BTW -- never read P&P, but I cannot STAND reading Annie Dillard's "Pilgrim at Tinker Creek." It's OK in teenytiny bitsized bits, but to SIT through and READ entire CHAPTERS...It's excruciating.

I like your piccie, though. And the background!

(gah, Mr. foxdude looks like a JERK!)

Gawsp You don't like Pride and Prejudice??

Actually, I don't blame you. I didn't like it much the first time I read it. But then I was twelve. I love it now.

Like the picture, anyway. You captured Lizzie's feelings on being with Darcy throughout most of the book quite well. Darcy's a sweetheart, though. He really is.
