Guess what I was watching when I drew this? :) ST: TNG is STILL the best Star Trek there is!! All hail ST:TNG (alrighty then...) Here's Ratty wearing the Second officer's outfit... I like this one, but I still didn't want to colour it... =p Too lazy.
