Ha! Title tying in the 'moons' theme and what the 'good' pirates are called in the game! u.u

About the first thing I noticed about 'Skies of Arcadia' was that the Valuan Empire had a lot in common with Irk. So, obviously, the one in the role of 'hero,' who fights the Empire would be...the Dib!! And if Dib is Vyse, then who better to play the role of his childhood best friend and 'almost-sister' Aika, then Gaz?!? Well...apart from the fact that, personality-wise, Aika and Gaz couldn't be more different...but that is where half the fun of parody lies! In role-reversal! Aika's into finding treasures and having adventures, and...Gaz has played every treasure-gathering adventure game ever made, so...plus, she gets to have a giant boomerang. o.O; Not the first time I've drawn her with onna those...must be a Gaz thing. Dib and Vyse, however, are quite alike. They both want to go out and see stuff that no one else has seen before, they're both prone to getting in trouble, they both fight against an invading race of maniacal conquerers...they both talk out loud to themselves in an unnatural manner...soul mates. u.u

Obviously, Dib and Gaz would have to be teenagers in the parody...so they're all tall and stuff. Although, neither Vyse nor Dib is particularly tall, compared to most of the men in the game...and as I think I mentioned earlier Gaz is one of those evil, scary short people nobody suspects until they go berzerk. u.u nods sagely Hee...out of all the IZ-related fan communities I think the one I've done the least service to over the months has been the Dib fangirls. This, I think, might help make up for that. o.@ The haaaaair...

Note: Dib's quote is a paraphrase but is very close to an actual line from Vyse. Gaz's is...just Gaz. 9.9
