Awesome design. I really love her dark skin--it's so rare to see characters that aren't perfectly white! and that piercing blue stare... lovely! You have a great costume design, very sexy. I particularly love the earring--little touches like that really add spice to an image.

You have really good lineart around some of the feathers, and around others its kind of 'blah.' The ones with the 'feathered' edges look the best, rather than the plain outlined ones. The feathered ones are really quite nice!

I think the anatomy of her left leg is slightly off--like the line from her hip comes too far down. Also, darker shading all around would not be amiss. Don't be afraid to use two or even three layers of shadows and highlights. White highlights on skin tend to look particularly good for dramatic lighting.

Also, a background would really make this image rock! I could see her sitting in the moonlight--if you aren't sick of this image yet, I'd suggest adding a background if for nothing more than just playing with the lighting effects you can get.

Overall, very nice image. :) And that would be what I have to say about it!
