This is EXCELLENT for a pen sketch. The pose is very, very well drawn--it definetly looks realistic. The face is off, as you said--it could be because with pen sketches, you can't really use guidelines to make the eyes even--they are slightly too far apart as well. I am very impressed at the detail in her jewelry, and again, I really, really love the pose.
