Nyoka for Queen_of_Greyhounds
Nyoka for Queen_of_Greyhounds by @Swift (Shelley L.)

A VERY long overdue -my apologies- pic for the talented Queen_of_greyhounds of her greyhound track star chara, Nyoka. Sorta a way of saying thanks for the GREAT pic of Dashy you drew for me (not to mention being the only other person I know, here or anywhere, besides myself, that has a sighthound for a fursona =) Hope ya like this!

EEEEE! You drew me a cool picture of Nyoka! =D That's a nice surprise. I feel special now. ^__^ I love you! hugs

The name Nyoka means snake and I though it was a good name for a greyhound :)

"A Grehound shold be heeded lyke a snake, And neckyd lyke a drake, Backed lyke a beam, Syded lyke a bream, Footed lyke a catte, Tayllyd lyke a ratte."

Spiffy! XD

Heh, you're very welcome =) I did say I'd draw you something in return for the Gelert pic, didn't I? ;)

Cool, it does? I didn't know...you learn something new every day XD I've had people tell me my dog (an Italian Greyhound) looks a bit like a snake before actually. But she's been likened to everything else under the sun. One lady asked us if she was a kangaroo. Some others said she was a rat. And then there were the psycho kids who ran along behond us shouting, "Look! Look! There's a monkey!" XP As you can tell you don't find a lot of sighthounds where I'm from... sad really.

giggles I can just see those kids running after you screaming "MONKEY!" But how does one mistake a tiny greyhound for a kangaroo? X.x
