This is a God Beast, specifically the GB of Fire, a creature from the completely original online RPG, Inverse. Okii Kaji translates roughly to "big fire" (so I'm told) and all Inverse god beasts have a draconic body.

Medium: colored pencil and a cheap black pen on computer paper :) Had to do a bit of PSP work to smooth the colors from the scan.

Wow, very impressive. I really like the detail -- I never have the patience to draw scales. What media did you use on that?
