"I like how his stripes are flying off" by @cid (Shail Hawkins)

Painting i did of Swahili Bob because i got the inspiration and thought it would look cute. And it does! Lost a few inches off each side during scanning, but most of it's there. Tried to make him look abstract and childish, while trying to do a good job with the paint and color blanding.

I like his eyes and smile the most.

this is really cool ^_^ i like how you did it and how it looks childish like you said its really well done and with the green of the back ground it makes you want to look more at the cat

He's got a great smile. I agree, the green was a great color choice here.

Hey, that's spiffy cuoooote! I wish I could paint like that! I like how the stripes are kinda flying like that, too. And his smile is so... smiley. ^_^ You should be a childrens' book illustrator. :)

i agree, this would be a great illustration for a book. i like how u made his wiskers all curly and his very cute eyes so big. i love the way the stripes go off the cat. what a cute picture ^__^
