Wow! That's pretty damn good for both and oekaki AND being done with a mouse. I myself have not yet gotten the full hang of oekaki yet, but even if I did, your artwork would still be much better. I'm impressed by the vast quantities of detail on this, including flawless shading, lighting effects, and vibrant colors. While the colors may be a bit bright on the eyes, that's a good thing for a character like Lina Inverse because she just wouldn't look right without all her pizzazz! Excellent work! I salute you!

You have NO IDEA how much you just flattered me just now. I think I'm seriously blushing. XD Thank you! I mean, yeah, I took all of the colours into consideration, what with Lina being all flamboyantly loud and all of that jazz. :3 Makes her loveable, in my opinion. (:

This image is so CUTE! Lina looks like she's spinning around, grinning at whoever has called her name. You did an excellent job with the cel-style shading--her hair in particular looks really vibrant! The shadows and highlights you've done are great--I would only suggest adding white highlights in some areas, such as her hair, cape, and the jewel on her glove, to emphasize the shinyness. If that's a word... I also like how you've captured Lina's adorable side, and how you've kept her, uhm, assets as small as they're supposed to be. :) Yay for us flat-chested females! Er... yeah. I'll be quiet now... great pic!
