This is Niikura Kuraha, a character from a Battle Royale RPG and the fourth in a series of five. Kuraha is the leader of the CRAZY 5, he acted on the name that Miyuki had jokingly created. His class was chosen for Battle Royale... he survived with a few friends. They later formed the CRAZY 5, an organization dedicated to rescuing other children who were victims of the program.

Ok- maybe I need some sleep, but from the thumb I thought this was a pic of a woman's torso (the necklace being the belt) with a cesarean section scar running horizontally- the bottom right side splattered with blood and the only word I could read there being "violence"...thought it was a femminist political statement piece about the medicalization of birth...now I see it is not...
