My Mom would love this one! It looks just like her cat Chole who died. If she was alive she'd have been a year older than me. (I'm 18)
The expression is very feline - Deceptively innocent, but obviously up to mischief.

I like the contrasting art styles.
The outline looks like pen and ink - With colored pencil colors for the cat to give the fur texture.
While the background looks watercolored and splashed.
Allowing a smooth attractive background that doesn't overwhelm the focus of the picture! (The cute kitty of course!)
The only thing I see is that she could use some more whiskers on the one side of her face. I only see one there.
