The High Queen
The High Queen by @Quaintance (Quaintance C.)

A pencil drawing of a character from a story I've been piddling around with for years now. Unfortunately, the scan didn't turn out quite as well as I had hoped, but I'm proud of the image.

I really like the design of this lady. The details you've put into her headdress really make it stand out--the design of it reminds me a little of Amidala from Star Wars, but only because of its elaborate-ness. The edge of her lips makes her look sort of angry, like she's seen something that annoys her but is trying her hardest not to show any emotion. You've done a really nice job shading this, and I hope to see more from you soon!

Hi! looks good to me! My scanning stinks too but I color in and use the smudge brush which works well with pencil. Be surprise brings picture to life........Shirley thumbs up!
