Candle on the Water
Candle on the Water by @tb (T. B.)

Anyone who's seen Pete's Dragon will remember that that's the title for one of the songs, the lyrics of which I can't for the life of me recall. I do, however, know the melody and it is a beautiful one at that. I had it in mind when drawing this: Vitani mourning for a whole heck of a lot of things in something of a twist on the idea of a Viking funeral. I plan on using the scene in a fanfic I'm working on.

Ohh.. I love your art, especially Ng're'a^^ I wanna draw like that too^^ I think I remember the lyrics:

"I'll be you candle on the water, My love for you will never die, I know you lost and drifting, Soon the clouds are lifting, Don't give up, You'll have somewhere to turn.

A cold and friendless time has found you, Don't let the story darkness pull you down. I'll paint a ray of light around you, Circling in the air, (something)

I'll be you candle on the water, My love for you will never die, I know you lost and drifting, Soon the clouds are lifting, Don't give up, You'll have somewhere to turn. "

Erh... Think there's more, but I can't remember. ^^ Do draw on^^
