Bad Day by @Cacopheny (Abigail Oliver)

Rowan had a bad day. He heard that a friend and mentor get pregnant by some guy who doesn't care a whit about her or the kid, got to see another friend upset about it, mulled on it and got upset himself, had a nasty conversation with the fellow at fault, then went up to his room and shreaded a pillow. Now he feels bad for getting all mad.

He doesn't quite realize that he's so upset at the fellow because he sees this as the same as when his own father abandoned his mother, leaving her to raise him alone. Not to mention he simply can't understand why anybody wouldn't wanna care for their own kid; he can't have any, after all, so that makes kids all the more special to him.

Isn't he cute with all those feathers in his hair? ^^
