now this picture is too small.... Its Professor Ratigan! That evil fat smelly guy from Great Mouse Detective! (again!) Oh but hes not a rat. at least he doesnt want to be. poor ugly rat. i added a hairy wart just for him! though i dont think u can see it and one pupil looks smaller than the other but that makes him look crazy so its all good.

Awww, I remember that movie! I saw it WAAAY back when I was starting to draw. I saw it many, many times. Ratigan was my favorite charra from that movie, so naturally, I drew him all over the walls. X3 Awww, this is a VERY special image to me. Jeez, if this was on DA I'd +fav this. :heart: VEEEDY cool. =)
