Hey that pendant is the same one that I wear too.... :) but besides that, this image really rocks! You really have to put it in ink or colour, cos then it'll look great!

So, this is a sketch that I made in my math notebook during Public Speaking one day...and I really like it. I made a much, much larger (like, we're talking life-size) piece based on this sketch in art class, which is not yet finished....but I want to do a better drawing version of this, too. I'm just scared I'll screw up on the final, so I"m uploading the sketch 'cause I think it rocks pretty hard. Inspired by the artwork of Ursula Vernon.
note: the wings aren't transparent, they're actually painted on the wall

wow, this is very nice. you are definately MUCH better at drawing women than i will ever be, lol.... you did an excellent job on the shading on this one. i would like to note, that the eyes seem a little too far apart, and the lips seem a little stretched on the right hand side. other than those minor nags on my part, this is great, good job.
