I don't think you need to change the figure too much, her pose and her expression are quite lovely. Though you might want to adjust her right thigh a tiny bit. Some of the horizontal lines in the background don't quite seem to line up, especially the beam on which she's leaning when compared to the curtains above, but that's pretty easy to fix. The hem line of her skirt doesn't seem to be hanging quite right either... Other than that, I can't see much wrong with this sketch. I definitely think this'll look awesome once you crop and color it ^_^
