A birthday piccie for a friend by @chibiyoshi (Maile Adams)

I'm quite proud of this pic. It took me about an hour to draw and ink, then I later colored it using Corel Photo House. I was bored and had read about some CGing effects on NetRaptor's page. I fiddled around in Adobe PhotoDeluxe to see if I could do some of those effects, but I couldn't figure it out. So then I tried with Photo House and was able to get the effects I wanted (kinda).
