OMG! When I was in, like, fifth grade, my mom and I went to the pet store, and there was the most BEAUTIFUL sun conure, which I absolutly fell in LOVE with. I went to see it whenever I could, but my mom wouldn't buy it (back then I didn't quite understand quite how much doe it was). well, I went in one day, and it had been sild... :::::sigh::::: I pray you have better luck than I did.
