Ain't he PWECIOUS? Seems Valc is once again hard at work at torturing his classmates. Today's method of torture was dressing Wuffy up like Shirley Temple(you know,the little girl that's in the old movies with her hair in the curls).You must admit Wuffy sort of fits the role,and he would be small enough to wear little kids' clothes. The only thing is:where did Valc get the costume? He probably has a whole collection of torturing paraphernalia.
