The pain of rejection is the sharpest pain of all. The feeling that no one cares or loves your soul. You have no where to go. You try to go back...to be loved....only to be cast off again into the darkness.....

Wow...I sat and stared at this for quite a while, (after drooling over that adorable Basil picture you drew!^_^) just looking. You captured that moment dead perfectly, the soft shading added so much to the atmosphire, and that poem left me shaky, even a bit teary. (It's interesting becuase that's such a universal feeling and you nail it right on the head here.)

I have to say, this one of my favorites of your artwork, just becuase of the raw emotion in it. (and it has Rocky too, but that's beside the point.) The artwork is beautiful (as always), and the shading is fantastic! (like the hint of the snow falling, it adds quite a bit to the overall effect, and the expression on Rock's face, just in the eyes...) And..and...ack, I've ranted on for quite a bit now, but all I can say is WOW! Job well done. hands over a whole package of cookies

Munches cookies EEKADEE! Glad you really enjoyed it.

It's interesting, I did this picture on a school night at midnight. I thought it was going to come out terribly - I'm really surprised. I thought I was going to darw Rock badly, but he came out well.

I'm working on another scene from Metropolis called "..." Well...I don't know what to call it yet....
