Roy is not Han, Roy is a random smuggler. It's just an easy outfit to draw. First time I've ever drawn Roy, too. Edward's outfit is moving towards a meshing of his anime outfit and a Jedi outfit. So, we'll see what happens there.

Wow! I love this!! >3 Of course, I liked the other Jedi FMA pic too. But you can really see improvements in this one. Hehehehehe . . . Roy as a smuggler, that's just awesome. It really seems to fit him.
