This is a character from a series called Neo Gundam Wing by the great ChibiChibi-chan (good series, go read it. ;p) named Seiben. I was catching up on the episodes that I missed and read a part about baby Seiben with a plush pink elephant named Ele and I had to draw this. Seriously. I had to. ^.^ Oh, yeah, in case you couldn't tell, Seiben's a boy, dispite what Haruka says. -.-; He's also teething on Ele's ear. So cute....
